Too many pictures?...Is that possible??

So, because apparently you can only have so many pictures. This post is a continuation of the post below. So if I was you, I would start down there. Just saying..

May - What better way to break your fast on Fast Sunday than a cookie bar with friends? I know right. A great idea. Thank you Shane. Meghan, Shane and I all made cookies and then we ate them! So good!! Meghan made snickerdoodles, I made oreos and Shane made no-bake-cookies. He makes the most delicious cookies I have ever tasted, next to my moms of course.
Mixing that dough right up!

Now, we all know that the dough is always good. Unless it's bread...yuck!

Shane making his delicious No-Bakes!

Frosting the oreos. Soooo good!

Kiss the bakers??....

Meghan and I had been dying to go to California. We both had a Saturday off from work, so what better time? Our friends Logan, Peter and Russell drove down from Provo when Logan got off work and we left St. George about 11 o'clock at night and drove to Cali. What a fun weekend! And the drive wasn't all that bad. I think we need to do it more often! Logan is an amazing photographer so he brought is nice camera, so we have some pretty decent pictures. Now, if only I was photogenic, or looked good in pictures. Haha.
Eating a picnic at the LA Temple. This was before Claude from temple security kindly asked us to move the picnic to the back grass. Haha.

Cartwheels down the temple grass.

There were so many cool sculptures off of Rodeo Drive! This is me, Meghan, Russell and Peter.

Waiting outside Sprinkles Cupcakes. This is where the cupcake phenomenon started.

Russell, Logan, Jamie, Meghan, Peter and me sitting on the bench at Angels Knoll Park that is featured in the movie 500 Days of Summer.

We are wedding crashers.

Just flying a kite on Newport Beach. I love this picture. It looks so cool and classical.

Russell flying the kite. The boys were obsessed. It was pretty awesome.

Peter enjoying his lunch.

Russell (his dad is in the General Young Men's Presidency! Cool huh?!!) eating a delicious sandwich.

Me and Meghan. Props to Logan for doing this.

Sand Volleyball gets a thumbs up.

Scott, Logan, Peter, me, Meghan and Russell.

Jump!

Needless to say, California was a complete blast. We loved every minute. The family that we stayed with was so amazing as well. And were great examples to all of us. They have two daughters that go to BYU with the boys. They fed us so well and were so welcoming. But apparently we were "terrible" houseguests. But none of us understand why. All well. We need to do this again asap!

Garrett also graduated from High School and Seminary! Who would have thought he made it?!! Just kidding Bobo.
Garrett and mom after High School Graduation. He was the first graduating class to complete all three years at the new school.

 After Seminary Graduation.

Me and my two brothers (Alex is my brother from another mother.) after they graduated!

June - One of my roommates recently got married in June. Her and Verle are so cute together. I'm so happy for them and can't wait until they make me dinner. Hint hint, wink wink, nudge nudge. Haha. We threw a small bridal shower with her closest friends at the beginning of the month and then she got married on the 25th!

The girls at Michelle's house.

The two toilet paper wedding dresses. My skirt fell off! At least it made for easy access, right?

Me and the beautiful bride. She made her own dress! She is that talented!

The bride and her bridesmaids.

Outside of the temple.

We decorated the truck!

Making the plan...

McKinney taped a baby doll that was in the bed to the antenna. HAHAHAH.
Meghan, Verle, Julie and me!

We were once roommates... :)

July - The fourth of July! Of course, my family was up North! Unfortunately, I was busy moving into the new house that we are renting in town so I was here. The Jones family was kind enough to let me spend the holiday with them! Woot!
I only have one picture from that day. But that's okay! I love this girl! Jillian is so funny and Josh loves to play with her!

Josh loves the water. The splash pad, the pool, you name it. I have so much fun with this little guy!
First time eating otter pops, and he was a pro!

Having so much fun at the Town Center water feature!

HARRY POTTER Premier! I'm not a fan of the series, but I had yet to go to a midnight movie premier. Shocker. So I went with some friends!
Meghan and I. I mean, Hermoine and Luna Lovegood.

Meghan (Hermoine), Derek (Dobby), Alex (Voldemort), me (Luna Lovegood) and their friend as Hagrid. I feel terrible that I don't know her name. Eek!

There was a lot of random things in July as well, so here goes..
My friend Josh is serving a LDS Mission in Everett, Washington. He'll be home in December. His little brother Jason left recently for the New York, New York mission. Their mom wanted to make them both quilts why they were out in the field. So a few friends and family went over and did quilt blocks. This is Josh's.   It was so fun to make one and then to see the finished product. I can't wait until he is home!

What kind of roommate goes with you to the Zion Permit office in the middle of the night? That's right, me! I may have slept most of the night in the car, but that is not the point. Hehe.

My roommate Jordan (see below) and I lancing one night in the kitchen. I love this girl.

Jordan LOVES her blueberries. She is somewhat savage.

My cousin Tanya finally got married to Dylan. They dated since freshman year of high school! Nearly seven years! Woh!! Congrats to them!

July was a pretty crazy month, but it was lots of fun. I hope to get better at this posting thing, so keep checking back for more!

I don't know about this...

Well, as you can see from the title I'm not quite sure how I feel about this blogging thing. I had one once before and never updated it. The whole interactions of social networking somewhat took over. I've had my run with Myspace, FaceBook and a few others. They never seem to get me anywhere and we become obsessive with our wall, posts and who poked me. So, TADA!..a blog so those that care can just "creep" this. Hehe.

I've decided that for my first post, I would just do a quick update from the year thus far...so here goes:

January - I don't think anything to special happened. I turned 20 and let me just say that this age is a bust. Nothing good happens. Nothing changes. It's quite boring. Moving forward.

February - My roommate Meghan and I had a few friends come down from Provo to stay with us for a couple days. One night, we drove down to Vegas to get our "party" on.

Me, Meghan and Steven walking through the Forum Shops at Caesar's Palace.

Lindsey, Shayna, Me, Meghan and Steven waiting outside Cheesecake Factory in Caesar's.

Vaughn, trying to look badass in H&M

Meghan and I in the new Hotel and Casino, The Cosmopolitan. It is so cool inside!

Also, during this wondrous month we took a little trip up North to the 801 to visit some friends. We tend to take a lot of car pictures...

We love the 'timer' setting on the camera!

 Kodak moment of something funny...

 Meghan is a goof!!

And of course, we had to stop at the Beaver Chevron and take a picture in the big chair. Our friend Lindsey that we went to Vegas with, her family owns this little joint!

March - Festival of Colors! Jake, Steven, his little brother Aaron, Meghan and I went and had a blast! We also met up with Jake's roommate Austin, his now fiance Stephanie and one of her friends. Such a blast! We had chalk up the wazoo! For those of you don't what the festival is about...I'll sum up. Some ethnic culture throws colorful chalk up in the air and sings funky songs saying goodbye to Winter and hello to Spring. It's a big thing for the kids my age to go and get dirty!

Chad loves him some pineapple! (might I add, that it was quite delicious!) He rode up with us, so that he could take his MCAT for medical school. Chad is a smarty!

See, I told you we stop everytime and take a picture!  I can't find the one with all three of us. :(

On the way to the festival. So clean!

Walking up to the temple. People threw chalk at us as we walked down the road!

 Me and Meghan

Aaron, Jake, Steven, me and Meghan

 So Colorful!
Note of advice: Don't try to wash the chalk off with facial cleansing wipes. You'll end up looking like a freak. Example: Meghan.

March was a busy month! I also had the pleasure of watching my nephew Josh for 13 days why his parents went on a cruise. He is so cute and we are all so blessed to have him in our lives. He truly is a remarkable little boy.
One night, we went to Texas Roadhouse. This is Josh and Grandpa (Pa) Todd.

His new outfit for St. Patrick's Day. I spoil that boy rotten!

We love to run errands!
He's a little cowboy! It was so fun to watch him!

April - There is a family who comes into the pharmacy where my mom and I work. They just happened to own a little resort type thing at the Zion Ponderosa at East Zion. We are so lucky that they let up come up and stay for a few days in AMAZING vacation homes! The homes are exquisite! This past year, Meghan got to come to that was fun!!
Sometimes, we stop in the middle of the road and take pictures.

 Ummm..

Trapped mom and Todd in their room.

 Intense Scrabble Game

 Ready to go ride!

 Me and Garrett.

Out at some canyon/ravine. I don't remember the name. Oops.

Watching the rapellers. (Yeah, I don't know how to spell that.)

At the top of our ride.

I think I was pretending to be a bird...

When we went out on our own. Ignore the crack.

Garrett, me, Meghan and Trent out at the firepit/overlook.

This is why I love my brother.

Meghan!

I may have gotten stuck in the mud...

See! :)

I don't know how she stayed clean. She must have been careful. Hahah.

I got sooo dirty! Woot!!

Roasting Mallows.

Yum!

Lighting hand sanitizer on fire. We're pyros.

My older brother Michael, can only fit one of those in his mouth! Crazy.

Josh and I on the last day, waiting to go home.
